Information for Exhibiting Artists

The application for the Spring 2025 festival has closed and no new applications will be accepted.

The Tempe Festival of the Arts accepts artists’ applications exclusively through Zapplication. The service is free and easy: go to the Zapp website and follow the instructions for creating your own account. Once you have done that, you’ll receive all of Zapp’s notices for shows throughout the country, including the Tempe Festival of the Arts.  Create your account now and apply before the deadline.

Approximately 350 fine artists and crafters display and sell their original works amid this street festival atmosphere throughout Downtown Tempe. Coming from throughout the country, and even internationally, festival artists’ original works cover the gamut of creative visual categories from drawing to sculpture to jewelry and more.  The Tempe Festival of the Arts features only original works and artists are required to be present to greet festival attendees.

NO BUY/SELL PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS FESTIVAL, and if discovered, booths will be closed and the artist will not be invited back to the festival.

October 1, 2024: Application Opens

December 15, 2024: Application Closes

January 8, 2025: Notification of Acceptance

January 22, 2025: Deadline to Confirm and Purchase Booth Space

January 31, 2025: Booth Notification

February 7, 2025: First cancellation deadline

February 21, 2025: Final cancellation deadline

March 6, 2025: Load-In & Set-Up Day

March 7 – 9, 2025: Tempe Festival of the Arts
